Processing Time All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Lost or Damaged Packages Sujood Souq is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at sujoodsouq@gmail.com within [14] days of delivery with photos of the damage.
